TTC baby number 4!

Hello, just looking for some advice and I guess, somewhere to offload!

Me and DH are currently trying to conceive baby number 4, but, I haven't had a period since August 2025.

February 3rd - February 7th 2026, I noticed spotting when I wiped. Pinky, very light, then some very pale orangey, and also some tinged in clear cervical fluid.

One app suggested this was my fertile period..

Another suggested it was my period.

February 5th I started using clear blue digital ovulation tests and on the 5th - empty circle
On 6th I got a 'Still smiley' so, DTD.

Had full, heavy feelings in right side ovary (my dominant ovary) then and since then, but tracking LH with premom tests, all showing 'low' (Highest 0.42)

Cervical mucus now 'thin, lotiony, but I'd class as drying fast or, on the drier side ' on 16th February.

I've been wanting to implement the shettles method but, obviously without having had a period of a structure to my cycle, I'm struggling.

So, feeling a little depleted with attempts.

Anyone else had these struggles with not knowing if or when you'll have a period or ovulate?

I feel like I'm wasting my time.

Hey all I’ve ovulated yesterday but haven’t overly been checking really praying it works this month I’ve been doing bbt and have gotten the hang of it now how is everyone doing i hope the ttw goes fast as i find it so mentally draining

It’s definitely positive! I’ve been holding my wee since then and test again before I go to bed!

Well, the plot thickens. I’ve just done another test and it’s negative. Will update tomorrow! 🙏🏼✨

I feel so sad and deflated. It’s another BFN this morning! What is going on! The line is pink on the last test and came up within three mins. It’s still pink on the dry test. Last nights and this mornings tests are stark white. Xx

@CPHB2021 could it have been a faulty test? i understand how you feel i once had a positive test but i wasn’t pregnant i have took and ovulation test at the same time and stupidly put them next to each other and the line from the ovulation test had transferred onto the pregnancy test i was so gutted when are you due on? It could also be a too early sending virtual hugs x

I’ve had three ( faint ) positives but all tests since have been BFN. I guess it’s another chemical which sucks. Last time it caused a 60 day cycle! I hope that doesn’t happen again so I can start tracking for next month! Good luck to everyone waiting to DTD and in the TWW!! ✨✨🙏🏼🙏🏼

Just got my peak and have DTD the last three days so will probably go again tonight to cover. We’ll see if that’s enough!

Thank you! I keep clinging to hope that maybe I am still pregnant but so early and it’s not showing on the 25mui test but I think I’m kidding myself! We will see if AF shows on the weekend. X

Eeek!! Good luck @laesosalt!! When will you test? I’ve just ordered some OPK’s and hoping AF comes as usual in a few days. I’ve vowed to not test until at least 12dpo next cycle!! I’ll probably cave though 😂

I just can’t help it. I say I won’t, but then I just do it anyway 😂 I tested again today and it was negative so I just have no idea what was up with the three very faint positives! Fancy a March due date anyway 😜 xx

How is everyone 2ww is killing me i was feeling positive but my app is saying i ovulated on 2nd of June and we didn’t dtd around that date so i think im out this month i have hardly been testing as I've ran out of ovulation tests so its a bit messed up this month

Hey I’m good how are you i don’t know how many dpo i am as one of my app changed the day i ovulated because of my bbt so im just quiet confused right now lol, when are you due on? Fingers crossed for you i hope that is the case if i dont get pregnant this month i really do hope its next month as we would love a march or April baby

Hope it’s ok I join this thread. Whst do you all think of this test I took this afternoon? I’m 9dpo today and a vv faint line came up within a minute or so. I’m not sure though? Will do another test first thing tomorrow morning.

Hello ladies. I'm also ttc baby number 4! We have a 9 year old, 7 year old and 2 year old 🥰
first cycle trying currently 4dpo! I hate the waiting and wondering when I can start testing 😂 I'm sure I got my first positive about 10/11 dpo with my 3rd and always waited until my missed period for my first 2! So wondering whether to test early or wait!!
