Someone quoted this at me in an X discussion.. I think this has been debunked but I can’t find the thread on here where this study was discussed. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

About This Site

This site exists to counter misinformation spread by SheWon.org and HeCheated.org, which use dubiously-sourced claims and inflated statistics to suggest trans women have competitive advantages—despite peer-reviewed evidence showing the opposite.

These sites:

  • Operate anonymously while being connected to extremist communities
  • Use artificial calculation methods that inflate "displaced medals" without scientific basis
  • Have spread from anonymous internet corners to the United Nations and state legislatures
  • Ignore systemic issues affecting all female athletes (pay equity, sponsorships, media coverage, harassment accountability)

When you search for information about trans athletes in sports, you deserve accurate, evidence-based answers grounded in peer-reviewed research—not anonymous misinformation. This site provides them.

No I meant didhecheat.org as written in the thread header. The one you quoted leads to a 404 not found error. There was a long thread about sports evidence a while ago, and interesting statistics on it, which is what I’m looking for.

Someone who spends my life on the internet? I want aware you knew me or how I spent my time.

Try clicking your link from this thread. It’s a 404. Why would we lie?

Just checked, and yes, you can access it if you Google it but your link doesn’t work.

I mean, he’s certainly patronising enough for 10 men.

Indeed!

My silly little lady brain assumes the comma at the end of the link is the issue.

Apollo441 · 24/06/2026 23:48

Is this the study where they compared unfit men (or transwomen if you must) with elite female athletes and then claimed that transwomen had no advantage?

NoCommentingFromNowOn · 24/06/2026 23:49

https://didshecheat.org

Hmm I tweaked it without the comma and final forward slash but can’t get it to work either.

IwantToRetire · 24/06/2026 23:50

Sorry if it isn't clear.

OP put didHEcheat - the website I quoted from is didSHEcheat.

And in the quote from the SHE link they refer to a website HeCheated.org which is currently active.

As is SheWon.org

ie the last 2 sites mention in this post are active and GC.

The SHEcheat is TRA.

rotoscope · 24/06/2026 23:50

The author of this site has selected only the small minority of research literature that, at first glance, appears to support the unlikely claim made that these men do not have an advantage in women's sports.

Though, if one looks further than the abstracts of these papers, they don't.

Oh here we go.
Yes, an individual woman can beat an individual man in sport. But at population level, males are bigger, faster, stronger than females at population level (obviously there are many other population level differences too).

Chickadeeinme · 25/06/2026 01:26

I did find the save female sport evidence thread though, and thanks to @Helleofabore for maintaining it.

thanks OP.

As a reminder for anyone looking for the evidence link threads (sports, medical evidence and polling and stats etc), if you search for the break it down 2 thread, the opening post should have the specific threads linked or named (some are not clickable links).

is always pretty illuminating for me.

Comparing high school boys in school athletics competitions with adult female athletes.

literally just the stats showing that even some 14 yr old boys are more capable than trained female athletes

If boys are faster than elite female athletes, should males compete in female athletics?

See how the best high school boys stack up against the best female Olympians and World Record holders in Track & Field and Swimming.

DD was a keen swimmer in primary school, raced through medals and into club level. Due to numbers etc the training (but not competitions) were mixed with most of her group being boys.

The competitive advantage, and sheer speed of improvement, male puberty gave to her group was incredibly evident, especially when taking results etc over the space of a year.

Unfortunately it also discouraged DD out of club swimming (and almost swimming completely) at 12yo
