I once had a sinus infection. I sneezed through my nose and a solid lump of red and green the size of my little finger came out. It was in the pre camera photo days sadly.

the instruments are tiny, nasal cannulas can be 7mm, and they can go right in!

Wow! I had no idea that was possible. Do people need their sinuses cleaned? Don’t they self clean?

I use a Neti pot and always hoped for something dramatic but nothing like that comes out!

An alien came out of my nose once after a sinus infection. An actual green and red space alien. Dead and squishy by the time I was able to blow it out, but I’m sure it had been a living being up there.

One of the only good things about getting a cold is I get congested sinuses and realy sticky mucus...so when I blow my nose there's usually a bit hanging on and I can pull loads out like a magician with a string of bunting 🤣
