Hi everyone,

We're carrying out a survey on behalf of Sunderland City Council to better understand women's experiences, thoughts and decisions about the flu vaccine during pregnancy.

We're keen to hear from women who are currently pregnant and women who have had a baby within the last 18 months who are in Sunderland.

We're interested in all views and experiences, whether you chose to have the flu vaccine during pregnancy or not. We want to understand what helps women make their decision, what challenges they may face, and how information and support could be improved.

The survey is completely anonymous and confidential, and no individual will be identified in the reporting of results.

As a thank you for taking part, there is also an opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a £100 One4All shopping voucher.

Your feedback will help inform recommendations for improving services and information for pregnant women.

Thank you very much to anyone who is able to take part.
