Basically what it says! Been TTC for the last 3 months and no luck yet! Just wondering if anyone has any tips with diet, supplements etc?

I’ve been using the LH strips but happy for any other suggestions as well! I know 3 months isn’t very long as well! I’m 32 and this will be our 2nd

thanks all 💗

I have a somewhat irregular cycle so found it helpful to also track BBT to confirm that I have actually ovulated, I also take a daily conception vitamin, and a vitamin D and magnesium vitamin on top of that, I take daily inositol as well but that’s more to try regulate my cycle more. We both eat fairly healthy, try to exercise when we can although my husband is better than me at that, I try not to be too hard on myself, don’t restrict myself too much, I’ll still have the occasional alcoholic drink etc. and try not to stress, just live life as normally as possible. I haven’t conceived yet but I’ll probably only start doing extra and look into more after a year of TTC - LH strips I do find useful as then I don’t have to worry if we have had sex at the right time or not, can always make sure it’s done when crucial
