10dpo bbt rising good or bad?

Hey all!
I am 39 and just been diagnosed with endometriosis. I went for a laparoscopy in March to remove a cyst and that’s when they found it. They unstuck my ovaries too.
I am currently on my second cycle and my temps have dropped and gone up. Just wondering if any of you could give me any hope/insight or of anyone else has experience the same. Attached my chart

@Mummywithhope How long are your cycles normally? As far as I'm aware it's normal to see a dip mid luteal phase due to the second oestrogen surge. I don't think charts can tell you much other than confirming ovluation. Everything crossed for you though.

Yea I’ve been comparing charts on ff and 70% have similar to mine but the rest are all normal cycles. My temp went up a tad this morning but bfn
