I took my patch off on 23rd. Yesterdays and today's opk lh level is 0 😱 not sure why I expected anything other than that so quickly!

Horrible symptons slowly coming in though now I'm not on the patch and I've halved my medication. Slow and steady wins the race. Remembering to breathe 😂

@SKLMresult came back all low probability which is the best outcome so that’s a bit of a relief. 12 week scan next week and touch wood my nausea is lifting a bit so once this heat goes I might feel semi normal!!

@TheUniqueMemberI remember reading that for some people it can take a couple of months for hormones to go back to normal after patch but hopefully things will steady out for you quite quickly x
