Should I call the GP after my toddler hurt her teeth?

Yesterday morning my daughter fell on our floor and bumped her top teeth. She's learning to walk but keeps trying to run! She's 15 months. She cut her frenulum and inner lip. It bled on and off all day. She didn't eat much at all but did drink. She was playing etc..

However today she seems quite sleepy. Again she's not really hungry. I'm not sure if it's the heat or the injury. The injury looks fine today as far as I can tell. Not sure if I should call the GP or just monitor? Has anyone got experience of this?

I would go to GP or A&E, especially as she is sleepy. Or call 111 as a minimum.

I would just monitor tbh as the doctor can’t do anything about teeth. Is she sleepy as it’s hot? It’s highly unlikely that there is any significant damage done, give her pain relief regularly today and plenty of fluids and let her rest up and see how things are tomorrow.
