Strange mark on my four-year-old's arm, would you get it checked?

My daughter (4) who is totally well in herself has just got this strange mark on her arm in the last half an hour. My husband suggested she may have been sucking the skin on her arm absentmindedly and she agreed that was the case but im not 💯. She doesn’t like going to the drs much so wondering if she may just be agreeing. Temp normal and very happy and playful etc and it’s not spreading. Any ideas? Worth gp tomorrow if it’s not gone?

Yes looks like she's been sucking her arm. In what way is she unwell if temp is normal and she is happy and playing?

Yeah looks like a 'love bite' that is to say she's been sucking her arm.

Edited as hadn't read the full post but when I looked at rhe picture it is very clear that's what it is.

I saw the photo before I read your post and my immediate thought was she was sucking her arm. I did the same thing at about 7yo.

Oh, and it probably won't be gone tomorrow so don't panic when it's still there. It's basically a hickey, it'll fade away gradually.
