The Atlanta Journal Constitution compiled almost seventeen years of birth records from the Georgia Department of Human Resources into a single, searchable list - fascinating stuff.

Twenty were named Ikea.
Two were named Daddy.
And one was named Daddykool.

(Am thinking of using 7erriana as a middle name if we have another daughter - how cool is 7 as a middle initial?)

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
Desiderata · 26/01/2008 16:02

I have found it at first glance.

Blandmum · 26/01/2008 19:20

waiting for someone to pop up and say that there is nothing wrong with Daddykool as a name and that we are all being horrid and judgemental, and the kids will not tease over it

Desiderata · 26/01/2008 19:20

Oh, imagine if her surname was Gale

JackieNo · 26/01/2008 19:20

Ooh - Attorney. And Messenger .

Desiderata · 26/01/2008 19:21

Yes, but we'll just beat them up if they do, MB.

JackieNo · 26/01/2008 19:21

Not to mention Author and Writer. And Spy.

JackieNo · 26/01/2008 19:22

Ooh - there's no Tinker, but there's Tailor, Soldier and Spy.

Bluestocking · 26/01/2008 19:22

Messenger's no dafter than Scout, is it?

choufleur · 26/01/2008 19:23

oh some of those parents should have scoial services knocking their door - it's tantamount to child abuse surely

scorpio1 · 26/01/2008 19:23

Cinnamon, Diamond and Bubba

JackieNo · 26/01/2008 19:23

How about Diamondniquekia - seems at least a couple of syllables too long, but I guess gives lots of possiblities for shorter forms.

scorpio1 · 26/01/2008 19:24

I like Scout alot! [pouts]

Mhamai · 26/01/2008 19:24

What the hell's wrong with Daddykool?

JackieNo · 26/01/2008 19:24

There's a 'Lady Diana'.

Desiderata · 26/01/2008 19:25

Mhamai Where have you been, girl?

JackieNo · 26/01/2008 19:25

scorpio1 · 26/01/2008 19:25

TurkeyLurkey · 26/01/2008 19:26

I like the one thats just 'J'! Can you imagine the confusion when you have to give his name to someone....

Sunshinemummy · 26/01/2008 19:26

Does it have Pilot Inspektor on it? That is surely the most ridiculous child's name ever.

choufleur · 26/01/2008 19:26
