High NT measurement, low PAPP-A and Edwards or Patau screening results

Has anyone had a similar situation where at the 12 week scan they had a 4.9 NT measurement, combined screening results are 1:2 for edwards/pataus & a low PAPP-A of 0.17?

Trying to find info on all 3 of these but can't seem to find much at the moment & want to prepare myself for all situations.

Did you post about this yesterday OP? No idea what my PAPP-A was but as I said, the NT was 6.5mm. I'd paid for the NIPT at 10 weeks so it was on there that patau was picked up. A detailed scan also showed physical issues.

What are the next steps OP? Amnio/CVS? Have they offered a detailed scan? You might find ARC helpful to talk too also. It can be a stressful time OP but remember that this isn't your fault and you aren't alone x
